Junior Graphic Designer / Full Time / Paid

Triumph International, a world leader in intimate apparel, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. We are looking for a recent graduate wanting to launch their career in graphic design with exposure to a Global brand.
Under direction from the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, produce final artwork for printed and digital material using various graphic design software packages.
Act as the main contact for design and photography related queries
Prepare graphic files for submission to media outlets including but not limited to magazines, televisions, digital agencies, outdoor etc
Develop concepts and produce final artwork for product packaging under direction of Senior Brand Marketing Manager and in collaboration with Brand Coordinator.
Develop weekly, monthly, seasonal artwork for e-commerce under direction of Senior Brand Marketing Manager including eDM creative, social content, website banners, tiles and imagery.
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external output according to global brand guidelines and local market requirements.
Create concepts for seasonal campaign photo shoots according to local (triaction) and global (Triumph) guidelines.
Photograph product on models using the in-house photographic studio, as needed by the Brand team for Triumph e-commerce and wholesale partners.
Attend all campaign photoshoots to give graphic design/creative direction and monitor quality process. Ensure the photographic output meets the required brief and necessary imagery uses.
Retouch product and campaign photographs as needed, with colour correction and overall image quality and consistency considered.
Preparation of presentations in line with corporate or retail identity across all brands
Liaise with external suppliers for printing, retouching, and artwork to ensure correct supply specifications, and monitor quality of output.
Manage and maintain the in-house photographic studio.
Manage and maintain the in-house printing system.
Regularly keep up to date with new software and methods in graphic design and photography
Manage and maintain the local Image Library to ensure it is up-to-date at all times, all images are named correctly and resized as required, and download all relevant images from TAMS in a timely manner.
Order material for the in-house photo studio as needed under the direction of the Marketing Executive.
Order specialty paper for the Marketing team’s office printer as needed.
As this is a Junior Graphic Design role, the salary will be paid as per the Graphic Arts, Printing and Publishing Award.
Technical skills: Ability with long copy, using Adobe Indesign CS6 effectively. Expert knowledge in photo manipulation.
IT proficiency: Expert level knowledge of graphic design packages, in particular the Adobe Creative Suite and all
included programs. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Other skills: Creative Flair. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a close-knit marketing team, take direction and work with initiative. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage several design projects simultaneously. Willingness to work within a small dedicated team of Marketing professionals.
